Tiffany Marie Corpuz, Global Digital Program Manager for Fresh, LVMH

Tiffany Corpuz started her career working for Benefit, within the LVMH group, jumping in on a website relaunch as an intern, and then in the Digital Marketing team. She later moved to NY and joined the Fresh digital team, another brand of the LVMH ecosystem.

What do you wish people knew about working at LVMH?

Because of its size, and the fact that LVMH is the world leader in luxury, I think people are often intimidated that LVMH is just “fashion people.” In reality, there are so many types of people that contribute to LVMH — finance, education, science, and more. People with different backgrounds and diverse perspectives bring innovation and creativity to the Group and to its Houses like Fresh.

What has been your favorite project or experience so far?

Launching the UK website for Fresh. That was Fresh’s first e-commerce expansion, and a big test for us.
I enjoyed the teamwork and being able to collaborate with different functions. It was a very exciting time and we are still continuously growing our global reach.

What qualities do you look for in future employees?

The number one quality for me is drive. This is demonstrated by the questions people ask, or by their expression when I talk about a role. I look for an eagerness to learn and to contribute.
