Jim Collins, vice president for Halliburton cementing, believes the company has come a long way since he started twenty years ago. Halliburton has made it a priority to have a diverse workforce and employ people from a variety of backgrounds.
But to put their inclusion initiatives into perspective, Collins considers: Am I leaving a legacy, so that my children would want to come work here?
He believes yes. When his three daughters, ages 9, 7, and 4 enter the workforce, he thinks Halliburton will be an attractive employer, because of the opportunities to grow their individual talents.
